Who We Are:
Director,  Jeanne Carey’s background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan and a JD from New England Law.  She has worked in both fields, with a focus on malpractice from both sides of the issue.  While raising two children, Jeanne has worked as a Development Director as well as an avid volunteer; serving on boards at the local library and her children’s former middle school. 

Our founder and director, Jennifer Lynch earned a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College, and a MBA from Tulane University. She worked briefly as a CPA before becoming an executive recruiter. In the 1980s she founded Kingston Dwight Associates a New England based Executive Recruitment Firm. As an active volunteer, Jennifer has co- chaired many BC Class Reunions, and has served on several business boards. On a less formal basis, she has been involved in youth lacrosse, hockey, and her neighborhood association. As a volunteer she has worked with the Kinasewich Fund to find summer housing for international athletes, and organized several summer hockey camps. She is the mother of 3 children.

Our Team
All Team Members have passed a credit check, and a criminal background check. Our company and our employees are fully insured and bonded. We verify drivers’ licenses, and auto insurance coverage. We check both personal and business references and do a thorough background check. We do NOT provide medical services, and are not qualified to do so. Our qualifications are both academic and life experience oriented. They include educational degrees, and special certifications such as the CFT (Certified Fitness Trainer) designation and CPR training, as well as life experience with all generations. We are part of the so-called sandwich generation helping parents adjust to life’s changes while raising children and juggling work responsibilities.
